I’m proud to say I built LSC from the ground up using the same personalised, human-led strategies we now implement for our clients.

Today, we blend thoughtful engagement with a data-led approach to build our clients a LinkedIn presence that attracts higher-value clients and strong B2B partnerships.

Founder

I’m the founder of LSC and oversee the business as a whole, with a big focus on business development.

My role is making sure we’re consistently bringing in the right clients – businesses we genuinely believe we can help – and setting them up with strategies that lead to long-term results.

Seeing client wins, without question.

Seeing clients move from wanting certain relationships to genuinely building them, and then generating real revenue from those connections, is incredibly rewarding.

Every testimonial, positive reply, booked meeting, or “just wanted to let you know…” email still gives me a buzz. It’s the proof that what we’re doing works and that we’re making a genuine difference to people’s businesses.

I’ve spent the last decade working in business development within the marketing space.

During COVID, I was working as a Business Development Manager at a local marketing agency, but an unexpected surgery, followed by a tough recovery, pushed me to step away and build something of my own. That moment became the catalyst for starting LSC – and if it hadn’t happened, the business simply wouldn’t exist today.

LSC has been grown using the exact same LinkedIn outreach and engagement strategies we now run for our clients, so we truly practice what we preach. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of

In the summer especially, you’ll usually find me out on long walks, and I try to keep that habit going through winter too. It clears my head and keeps me grounded.

I also enjoy meeting friends for food and spending quality time with family whenever I can.

I love cooking. After busy days, getting in the kitchen helps me properly switch my brain off. It’s a great way to slow things down, be present, and reset after a full-on day of work.

I lead and mentor our fantastic account managers, focusing on developing new operational policies and strategies to improve our work. I also create and monitor a roadmap for our tech stack, all with the goal of advancing the company’s overall vision and financial growth.

I love the challenge that every day and every client brings. Each client needs a unique approach, and no two are ever the same. This might sound weird, but I also love spreadsheets! I often find ways to build tools in them that mimic software products.

I have several years of experience and even ran my own sustainability start-up. I decided to consolidate that experience by getting my MBA, which I now combine with my background in language for my current role.

I’m an ultrarunner, so my favourite way to unwind is by running. I mostly run solo, and it’s a great time to catch up on podcasts, music, or just have YouTube on autoplay. It’s like yoga, but with more suffering!

I’m an account manager, focusing on finding the right decision makers to connect with, writing personalised messages, and keeping our engagement strategies running smoothly. My goal is to make sure everything is set up so our clients can jump into the right conversations with high-value opportunities.

I really enjoy being part of a global team. It’s a lot of fun to collaborate across different time zones and learn from everyone’s unique perspectives. The team is incredibly supportive, and it makes remote work feel a lot more like genuine teamwork.

I spent several years in the corporate world before discovering remote work. Now, as an account manager, I get to use those skills while also adding a bit of creativity and market research, which makes every day unique.

After work, I unwind with my two cats. We either curl up on the sofa to watch telly or they cause chaos, which is just as entertaining. It’s the perfect way for me to slow down after a busy day.

I’m an account manager, and my main focus is completing deep research on prospects and writing personalised messages that match each client’s specific goals. The aim is to help them connect with the right people and start genuine conversations.

I really enjoy the people I work with. I’ve learned so much from my teammates, not just about the job, but also about how to communicate better. As someone who’s naturally introverted, their guidance and encouragement have helped me come out of my shell and feel more confident in what I do.

My career journey has been varied. I started in an office and then moved into the construction industry. When the pandemic hit, I began teaching English as a Second Language online, which introduced me to remote work. I’ve been in remote roles ever since and find that I enjoy a job that lets me stay organised and support the team from home.

To unwind, I like to read at night. I often get so caught up in the stories that I keep reading until I fall asleep with my phone still in my hand.

I’m an account manager, focussing more heavily on managing accounts that need a more nuanced approach, especially when it comes to finding the right companies and individuals to connect with.

I love when my clients get a contract from an opportunity I created for them or when a conversation starts with a high-value lead from a message I wrote. The best part is when we all team up to solve a behind the scenes challenge together. That camaraderie always leaves me with a big smile.

I started in banking, but while studying Languages and Literature, I got hooked on marketing. For about 15 years, I was a freelancer doing copywriting and social media marketing, and I’ve also got a lot of experience in the built environment sector.

I like to keep it simple! My favourite way to relax is to catch up on TV series. Since I live on a plot of land, I also enjoy spending time with the livestock. I find the quiet of nature very soothing. I’m also a fine artist who paints surreal portraits with oil, acrylic, and watercolour, as well as being a qualified wedding planner!

I take on the role as an Account Manager at LSC, where I focus on connecting the right clients with the right opportunities.

I love the “behind-the-scenes” work – figuring things out, teaming up with others, and helping our clients make meaningful connections that lead to success.

I started my career in insurance before running my own printing business, which sparked my passion for marketing, client management, and creative problem-solving. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I pivoted to supporting clients remotely and expanding my skills in organisation, communication, and project management. I’ve also held roles in telemarketing and as a personal assistant, rounding out my experience in client-focused work.
All of this experience now enables me to deliver consistent, reliable results for clients at LSC by combining strong client management, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.

Outside of work, I love getting creative. I enjoy singing karaoke, playing guitar with my son, and diving into DIY projects and crafting around the house. When it’s time to unwind, I enjoy watching dramas or spending time in our backyard planting veggies.
